With the calendar flipping over to 2026, Metro Bus is thrilled to reveal our updated Homepage and Schedule & Route Information pages and we would like feedback on how the pages work for you!

In 2016, as part of an overall website update, we implemented a cutting edge trip planner, interactive map and mobile-friendly design. The online trip planner and interactive map served as invaluable tools for customers. However, ten years is forever when it comes to technology and, even with continual repairs and upgrades, the tools had become out-of-date and unusable.

When we reached a point where we could no longer guarantee the accuracy of the tools, we decided to remove them and launch some updates. We are also currently looking into a new online trip planning tool-keep following our blog and our social media pages for up-to-date information.

Websites are Organic

Our website is constantly being improved and adjusted to keep up with technology and the needs of our customers. The many factors that go into website changes and improvements include: changing content needs, technology advancements, new ADA guidance and just needing a fresh look. The top websites are added to and made better throughout their lifetime, and we follow that ethic to make our website the best it can be.

The latest website updates are the result of internal and external feedback, technology changes at Metro Bus, analysis of how the website was being used, and the need to prioritize important Metro Bus resources and make sure they are easy to find.

Feedback Process

We are constantly receiving feedback from our customers about our service, but we would be appreciative if you would take time to provide any input about this website change. During the month of January, we will gather responses and consider any concerns or ideas that are raised. In February we will make appropriate changes.
