Brr! Cold temperatures couldn’t stop Metro Bus and our partners from fulfilling our commitment to help stop food insecurity with a successful Jolly Trolley Food Drive. This year volunteers were at four locations within the Metro Bus service area from Monday, December 9 to Thursday, December 12. Over $1,800 was collected and 9,766 pounds of non-perishables for our food drive recipients.
Over the last 14 years, the Jolly Trolley Food Drive has distributed almost 39 tons of non-perishables and over $36,000 to our communities in need!
