Eligibility: The Thank Your Transit Professionals giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who sign up at ridemetrobus.com/thanks. Entrants must be 13 years old or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. Metro Bus employees, immediate family and/or those living in the same household of employees are ineligible to participate in the Thank Your Transit Professionals giveaway.
Agreement to Rules: By entering this giveaway, the Entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and decisions. Metro Bus reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify any entry at any time at Metro Bus’s sole discretion. By entering this giveaway you agree to accept the decisions of Metro Bus as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
Entry Period: This promotion begins on September 1, 2024 at Noon CST and ends on October 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. To be eligible for the giveaway, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.
How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter The Thank Your Transit Professionals giveaway by submitting a comment for Metro Bus services via the online form provided at ridemetrobus.com/thanks or by calling 320.257.4594. As a participant, your entry must fully meet all giveaway requirements, as specified in the Official Rules, in order to be eligible to win a prize. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the Official Rules or specifications will be disqualified at Metro Bus’s sole discretion. Only one entry per household. Fraudulent methods of entry or circumvention of the rules may result in Metro Bus invalidating your entries and removing them from the giveaway at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes: Winners will receive one (1) Metro Bus Smart Ride Ticket with $5.00 Stored Value loaded on it (a value of $5.00). There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. By accepting the prize, the selected Winner grants permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s likeness, entry and first name for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be mailed one Smart Ride Ticket by November 1.
Rights Granted by You: By submitting an entry into this giveaway You understand and agree that Metro Bus has the right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute and use in any media known now or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, worldwide, and without limitation, your submission, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, image, statements for news, publicity, advertising, promotional purposes, trade, information and public relations without any further notice, review, consent, compensation or remuneration.
