Free summer bus passes for kids

Summer is just around the corner and Metro Bus is helping kids get to their activities FREE with the U-Go Free Summer Youth Program. The U-Go Free Program allows kids ages 17 and younger to have free, unlimited rides on all Metro Bus Fixed Routes and ConneX in Sartell from June 1-August 31. The program does not require registration or a pass.

“Kids can get to their summer activities for free using Metro Bus and we can teach them how to get to their specific destinations,” said Ryan Daniel, Metro Bus CEO, referring to the Metro Bus Travel Training program which is available for free to individuals of all ages, including kids. Daniel continues, “The U-Go Free Program is a unique opportunity for youth to learn the Metro Bus Fixed Route system, gain independence by being able to travel safely on their own or with friends, and take the pressure off their parents to bring them to activities. It is a true win-win for our community!”
