Prepare for extended phone wait times January 17, due to scheduled maintenance
ST. CLOUD (1/17/18) — The Metro Bus phone system will be limited this afternoon, January 17 due to routine maintenance. Callers may experience extended wait times or continued ringing during this time. This impacts all Metro Bus locations and services, including the Transit Center, Operations Center, Mobility Training Center, Dial-a-Ride, Fixed Route and Northstar Link phone numbers.
- Dial-a-Ride customers are encouraged to call before 12:30 or after 2 pm to schedule or cancel rides to avoid long hold times. Live Chat tool is also available for Dial-a-Ride customers on ridemetrobus.com.
- While the phone service is limited, Metro Bus staff will be available to answer general questions in real-time via Metro Bus Facebook Messenger and Twitter accounts.
